Her practice focuses on family law: Divorce, Custody and Adoption, criminal law litigation, landlord-tenant disputes and intellectual property rights.
Ms. Shercola Yonnette Vanessa Exeter graduated from the University of Guyana with a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) in 2019 from the University of Guyana. Thereafter, she attended the Hugh Wooding Law School where she earned her Legal Education Certificate (LEC) in 2021. Ms. Exeter also holds a certificate in International Criminal Law, a Certificate in Gas Industry Operations, Markets from the Duke University and a Certificate in Caribbean Community Law & The Caribbean Court of Justice (CCJ) from the University of West Indies.
Ms. Exeter in addition to her legal practice has had first-hand experience in advising Companies and Legal Regulatory Reform Organizations on business law, employment law, tax and environmental law, among others.
